2002-2004 _ Steve Bracks Government

He said he stands with gay men and feel sorry for them being punished during the time when homosexuality was considered a crime in the state.
Shortly after taking over Government in 2014, Andrews terminated the Government’s clash with ambulance paramedics. The Bill was designed according to the recommendations of an expert panel led by Professor Brian Owler (former Australian Medical Association President). The Bill was designed with 63 different safeguard measures required to protect people from bullying and abuse. Moreover, the board will review each case thoroughly before making the decision. The Voluntary Assisted Dying Bill was represented in Lower House over three sitting days. 2018 Elections
Victorian Labour won a comprehensive victory at the State elections in November 2018. The Labour became the second-best count seat in Victoria after winning eight seats out of 58 national seats. It is only the 5th time in history that a Labour Government has been reelected in Victoria.
